    GH2132

    一、GH2132Summary

    GH2132 is a Fe-25Ni-15Cr based superalloy, which is strengthened by adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminium, vanadium and trace boron. It has high yield strength, endurance and creep strength under 650 (?) C, and good processing plasticity and satisfactory weldability. It is suitable for manufacturing high temperature bearing components of aero-engine, such as turbine discs, press discs, rotor blades and fasteners, which work for a long time below 650 C. The alloy can produce deformed products of various shapes, such as disks, forgings, plates, rods, wires and rings.
    High quality GH2132 alloy is developed on the basis of GH2132 alloy. As long as the alloy purity is improved, the gas content is limited, the element content of low melting point is controlled, and the heat treatment system is adjusted, the thermal strength and long-term service performance of the alloy are improved.

      Note: 1. Standards for cold drawn rods, round cakes and ring billets stipulate that_(Ti) ranges from 1.80% to 2.35%.
    2 The standards for hot and cold rolled plates stipulate that_(B) is 0.003%-0.010%, _(Mn)= 2.00%, _(P)= 0.020%, _(S)= 0.015%.

    The GH2132 heat treatment system specified in the material standard of 1.5 GH2132 heat treatment system is shown in Table 1-3; the high-quality GH2132 heat treatment system is 900 +10, 1-2 h, oil-cooled+750 +10, 16 h, air-cooled.

      Note: Cold drawing rod and cold drawing standard stipulate that when the performance test is not qualified, it can be aged no more than 760 for 16h and delivered after qualified.
    1.6 GH2132 variety specifications and supply status can supply various specifications of bars, plates, wires, discs and rings. Bars, round cakes and ring billets are delivered without heat treatment; hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates are delivered after solution and pickling; cold-drawn bars are delivered in solid solution + pickling; cold heading wires can be delivered in solid solution + pickling disc, or solid solution + pickling straight strip, or solid solution straight strip polishing and cold drawing; cold-drawn wires are delivered in cold drawing, cold drawing and cold drawing. Or solid solution + pickling, or semi-hard delivery.
    1.7 GH2132 melting and casting process GH2132 alloy can be melted by non-vacuum induction + electroslag, arc furnace + electroslag and arc furnace + vacuum arc and vacuum induction + vacuum arc. High quality GH2132 alloy can be melted by vacuum induction + vacuum arc process.
    1.8 GH2132 is mainly used in aeronautics for engine compressor disc, turbine disc, bearing ring, casing, shaft, fastener and plate welding bearing parts working below 650 C. The alloy has been widely used in aviation in China. High quality GH2132 alloy is used as compressor blade and high temperature fastener of aeroengine.


     

    II. Physical and Chemical Properties of GH2132
    Thermal properties of 2.1 GH2132
    The melting temperature range of 2.1.1 GH2132 is 1364-1424 C [1].
    The thermal conductivity of 2.1.2 GH2132 is shown in Table 2-1.

    The hardness of cold drawing rod and cold heading wire in solution state is not greater than that of HBS202 (HV194).
