    GH3039

    一、GH3039 Summary

     

      GH3039 is a single phase austenitic solid solution strengthening alloy. It has medium thermal strength and good thermal fatigue properties below 800 (?) C, and good oxidation resistance below 1000 (?)C. Long-term use of the structure is stable, but also has good cold formability and welding properties. It is suitable for long-term use of aeroengine combustion chamber and intensified combustion chamber parts below 850 C. The alloy can produce plates, bars, wires, pipes and forgings.

    1.5 GH3039 heat treatment system hot rolling and cold rolling plate and strip solid solution treatment: 1050-1090 C, air cooling. Solution treatment of bars and pipes: 1050-1080 C, air-cooled or water-cooled.
    1.6 GH3039 variety specifications and supply status can supply various specifications of hot-rolled plate, cold-rolled plate, strip, bar, wire, pipe, and forgings. Delivery of sheets, strips and pipes after solution treatment and pickling. Wire is supplied in cold working or solid solution state without heat treatment for delivery.
    1.7 GH3039 melting and casting process alloys adopt arc furnace smelting, arc furnace or non-vacuum induction furnace plus electroslag remelting or vacuum arc remelting, and vacuum induction furnace plus electroslag or vacuum arc remelting.
    1.8 GH3039 General Situation and Special Requirements Aeroengine Combustor and Afterburner Components Made of this Alloy Material have been tested by long-term production and use, and have good performance.

    The room temperature resistivity of 2.3 GH3039 is 1.18*10-6_.m.
    2.4 GH3039 magnetic alloy is nonmagnetic.
    Chemical Properties of 2.5 GH3039
    Antioxidant Activity of 2.5.1 GH3039
    The oxidation rate of 2.5.1.1 GH3039 in air after 100 h test is shown in Table 2-4.

    2.5.1.2 alloy tends to oxidize along grain boundary when it works at high temperature for a long time. The intergranular oxidation depth after exposure for 100 hours at 900-1100 C is shown in Table 2-5.

    5. Technological Performance and Requirements of GH3039
    5.1 Formability
    5.1.1 forged alloy has good hot working process plasticity and good deformation performance. The heating temperature of forging is 1170-1190 C, the final forging temperature is not less than 900 C, and the deformation of primary heating is 50%.
    The barren rolling temperature of 5.1.2 rolling plate is 1100-1140 C, the finishing rolling temperature is 1050-1100 C, and the finishing rolling temperature is not less than 850 C. When the alloy is rolled by electroslag or vacuum consumable remelting, the finishing temperature should be slightly lower than that of the alloy melted by electric arc furnace. The pass deformation of hot rolling should not be less than 13% and the sheet cold rolling deformation should be 30%-55%.
    5.1.3 Stamping performance of sheet metal in supply condition has good stamping habit. The limit coefficient of stamping is shown in Table 5-1. The general working coefficient is 80%-90% of the limit coefficient. The number of times of repeated bending and fracture of the sheet in the supply state is 20-29, and the cupping test depth is 10.7-12.0 mm. Intermediate solution treatment should be carried out immediately (not more than 12 hours) after deep drawing of hot rolled medium plate of 8.5 mm to eliminate stress.

    5.2 Weldability
    The alloy can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding or seam welding. Its welding performance is excellent, and the tendency of argon arc welding is small.
